Dear Reader, I wanted to share something with you that took me years to really understand. It’s about the difference between the life that we create by default and the life our heart is truly pointing toward. If you've ever felt like the life you're living isn't quite yours, or if you've worked hard to build something but still feel like something essential is missing, or even if you're just ready to ask yourself a more honest question - I think this week's video might be worth a watch. The Secret Ingredient Nobody Talks AboutIn Greek, it is entheos — God within. En: within. Theos: God. To be enthusiastic, in its original sense, is not to be excited. It is to be animated from the inside. To have the divine fire moving through you, not alongside you, not toward you, through you. This is the ingredient that is missing from almost every manifestation method I have ever seen taught. I have worked with hundreds of people over the years who had everything the standard approach calls for: a clear vision, a detailed strategy, the discipline to execute. And yet something was not moving. The vision stayed a vision. The plan stayed a plan. The gap between where they were and where they wanted to be seemed almost constant, no matter how hard they worked or how much they believed. What was missing, almost always, was not the what or the how. It was the feeling. The genuine, embodied, living sense of the thing already being real. Not visualisation as a mental exercise. Actual felt reality — in the body, in the nervous system, in the field around the heart. There are nine ingredients in a complete creation framework: Vision, Heartset, Mindset, Strategy, Skillset, Focus, Intuition, Action, and Manifestation. Most people I encounter are working with two or three. Usually vision. Usually strategy. Occasionally mindset. The ones they are missing are almost always the inner ones. The heartset. The felt coherence between what you can see, what you feel in your body, what you say out loud, and what you actually do. Heart coherence, the measurable state in which your heart, mind, and body are working together rather than against each, is the foundation that makes everything else possible. Without it, strategy is effort. With it, strategy becomes something else entirely. Heart coherence is what helps you create inner alignment. Several of you were at the UNSTUCK workshop this past Tuesday. If something shifted for you that day, this is what you were touching: the difference between trying to create from the mind alone, and beginning to create from the heart. It all starts with the feeling. So, let me ask you... If your vision were already real — not something you are working toward, but something already true in your body right now — what would it feel like? Not what would it look like. What would it feel like. Start there. Everything else follows. What's HappeningHeart Mastery Intensive: Creative Manifestation — Starts on Tuesday, May 19th This is what the UNSTUCK workshop was pointing toward. Dear Reader, The first thing I want to share after this long silence is a question I've been sitting with myself — one that became this video: Your Heart vs. The World's Expectations: Are You on the Wrong Path? I made it because staying with that question, honestly and without flinching, gave me the clearest sense of direction I have had in years, and I think it might do the same for you. Watch it if the path you're on has started to feel like someone else's, if you're feeling stuck, or if...
I’m walking through Granada’s Christmas streets feeling profoundly alone. Tourists everywhere. Lights strung across every building. People shopping, laughing, performing the festivity that December demands. I watch them and feel nothing but distance. This should feel familiar—I’ve lived in this city for five years. But something has shifted. Just last week, I was sitting by a fire in the mountains of Portugal, surrounded by music and ceremony and friends who felt like family. When the time...
Dear Reader, I’m still in Portugal, where I’ve just wrapped up a transformative 12-day retreat. My heart feels full, and I’m deeply grateful for the experiences and connections I’ve had here. During the retreat, I shared some of my songs—ones I’ve never shared before—with a group of people who created a safe and compassionate space. It reminded me of the power of being seen and heard in a supportive circle, where we can express our unique gifts without judgment. A recurring theme for me has...
